The Life and Times of Juniper Lee Pepperoni Pizza Sticks. He traveled the world before honing his craft in Japan where he learned the importance of precision and patience in the art of cooking. Upon moving back to the United States in 1994, Chef Chris was in high demand. Since his return, he worked with well-known chef’s John Schenk, Brendan Walsh and Christopher Lee.

Some of the restaurants Chris has worked at Mill River Inn, Clementine, Coyote grill, The Cub Room, The Mandarin Oriental, Makoto, Gansevoort, Michy’s and many more. After working for some of the top chefs and restaurants in the world, he and his brother Scott Swaris, along with partner Sho Marks, decided to open Juniper On The Water.
